He pitched collegiately at Southwest Baptist, which is a Division II school in Missouri. He was at the Frontier League Tryout Camp and threw consistently 88-90 mph with a good slider. He was drafted by Kalamazoo, but released out of their spring training.<BR/><BR/>There should be a release on him on the website today. We will also be signing an outfielder who will be meeting us in the Chicago area as Matt Imwalle is on the DL and Brad Roblin is fighting some injury issues suffered from a head-on collision with the outfield wall on Friday. However, I can't report anything until we get the contract signed.
